Started as a shared folder on the Range
Muscleeaspark began when facilitators working around Toowoomba and the western corridors kept emailing the same diagrams to different councils and studios. We wanted one Australian-voiced shelf for chair manuals rewritten in plain English, glare notes for long summer afternoons, and break ideas that do not sound like a sales funnel.
The name is deliberately clunky—it nudges us to rewrite templates instead of reusing them on autopilot.
What we will not publish
- Diagnostic language or commentary on individual bodies.
- “Miracle fix” angles or countdown pressure tactics.
- Claims that a layout will prevent injury or improve health outcomes.
- Spelling that ignores Australian conventions where it matters to readers.
