Do you provide individual health assessments?

No. We share general ergonomics and workplace organisation ideas only. For personalised clinical guidance, contact a registered health professional in your State or Territory.

How quickly do you reply to email?

Most enquiries receive a human response within two Queensland business days (AEST/AEDT). Peak periods after school holidays may add a little delay—we will still acknowledge receipt when we can.

Can we reuse your diagrams internally?

Internal reuse needs a short written agreement so attribution stays intact. Commercial redistribution is handled separately during contracting.

Are sessions recorded?

Only when every participant has given advance written consent. Default workshops are live and notes-based without recording.

What payment methods do you accept?

Tax invoices list AUD amounts and our bank details for electronic funds transfer. Card-based settlement appears on the invoice only when that option is available for a specific engagement.

Where is data stored if we hire you?

Contract data stays on encrypted drives with access limited to project staff. Categories, overseas recipients (if any) and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Do you travel outside South East Queensland?

Sometimes, schedule permitting. Travel and accommodation are quoted in advance on the proposal so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Do your prices include GST?

Where we make a taxable supply in Australia, our tax invoices show GST in line with A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
